as deep as the sky under my skin

norcal involved:
a 2 hour flight delay. the continuation of the la burrita and top dog tradition. unnecessarily angry people at starbucks. thai food and cream puffs. venturing to new parts of the city. ocean beach, hiking trails, killing my feet, and an amazing view of the golden gate bridge. clear days. haight&ashbury, vintage, hippiness, and color galore. zachary's (aka the reason i keep flying up there). pool playing, winning, high fives, and midori sours. a boy. mama's and the most amazing french toast ever (i don't even LIKE french toast!). crazy chinatown ATMs. h&m, size 6 pants, and forever 21. seafood at yabbies. dressing up. dancing. munis and cabs. football. cha cha cha, sandwiches, and mango desserts. graffitied walls behind amoeba. more football. ramen and caterpillar rolls. barney's, baja burgers, steak cut and curly fries. pouring rain. waiting another flight delay (not mine).

everytime i get off the plane, i get the most bittersweet feeling. this time was no different. it was an awesome weekend, in more ways than one!

unfortunately, i also came back with stomach bug so i spent all day today in bed.
